Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. rose more-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Monday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 3.4%, from -0.5% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from -0.8%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 1.0% last month.
