Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD49.94 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.74%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD50.45 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD43.58 and resistance at USD50.56.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.05% to trade at USD94.77.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for March delivery rose 0.13% to trade at USD54.98 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD5.04 a barrel.
