Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Real Estate and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk B (CO:NOVOb), which rose 1.13% or 4.2 points to trade at 376.7 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 0.13% or 1.0 points to end at 787.0 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was down 0.21% or 0.50 points to 235.90 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which lost 3.91% or 14.3 points to trade at 351.2 in late trade. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) declined 2.54% or 0.95 points to end at 36.40 and Novozymes B (CO:NZYMb) shed 2.50% or 7.8 points to 304.7.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 114 to 47 and 8 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.30% or 1.01 to $42.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.80% or 0.85 to hit $46.69 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.02% or 0.20 to trade at $1166.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.7591, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4603.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.12% at 97.03.
