Euro zone unemployment rate 11.9% vs. 12.0% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the euro zone remained unchanged unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, Eurostat said that Euro zone unemployment rate remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 11.9%, from 11.9% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 12.0%.

Analysts had expected Euro zone unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 12.0% last month.
