Benzinga - Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) moved higher, with the cryptocurrency prices trading above the key $67,000 level on Thursday.

Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), however, recorded losses, trading below the key $3,800 mark this morning.

SingularityNET (CRYPTO: AGIX) was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while dogwifhat (CRYPTO: WIF) turned out to be the biggest loser.

U.S. initial jobless claims came in unchanged at 217,000 in the latest week, higher than market estimates of 215,000.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $2.51 trillion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.4%. BTC was trading higher by 1.3% at $67,003 while ETH fell by around 1% to $3,787 on Thursday.
