Investing.com - Natural gas futures were lower in U.S. trade on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for July delivery traded at USD2.635 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 2.35%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD2.626 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.599 and resistance at USD2.724.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.53% to trade at USD95.48.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for July delivery fell 2.56% to trade at USD59.69 a barrel while Heating oil for July delivery fell 2.57% to trade at USD1.8954 per gallon.
