On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for May delivery traded at USD2.679 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 0.19%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD2.663 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.475 and resistance at USD2.692.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.46% to trade at USD97.43.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for May delivery fell 1.27% to trade at USD55.99 a barrel while Heating oil for May delivery fell 0.99% to trade at USD1.8890 per gallon.
