Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for July delivery traded at USD4.748 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 5.33%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.758 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.504 and resistance at USD4.758.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.22% to trade at USD80.63.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for July delivery rose 1.76% to trade at USD106.24 a barrel while Heating oil for July delivery rose 2.53% to trade at USD2.9777 per gallon.
