Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for July delivery traded at USD2.689 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.53%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD2.693 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.600 and resistance at USD2.845.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 1.79% to trade at USD95.78.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for July delivery rose 1.91% to trade at USD61.35 a barrel while Heating oil for July delivery rose 0.86% to trade at USD1.9430 per gallon.
