On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for December delivery traded at USD4.143 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 2.40%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.154 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.768 and resistance at USD4.154.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.39% to trade at USD87.12.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for December delivery fell 2.81% to trade at USD76.57 a barrel while Heating oil for December delivery fell 2.15% to trade at USD2.4364 per gallon.
