Investing.com - Gold futures were lower during the European session on Tuesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for June delivery traded at USD1291.20 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 0.20%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1288.90 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1287.70 and resistance at USD1307.30.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.02% to trade at USD80.09.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for July delivery fell 0.14% to trade at USD19.325 a troy ounce while Copper for July delivery fell 0.74% to trade at USD3.144 a pound.
