On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for August delivery traded at USD106.08 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.21%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD106.03 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD103.59 and resistance at USD106.84.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.07% to trade at USD80.60.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for August delivery fell 0.30% to trade at USD112.63 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD6.55 a barrel.
