Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD77.46 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.62%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD77.34 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD76.42 and resistance at USD79.85.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.10% to trade at USD87.70.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery fell 0.04% to trade at USD81.97 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.51 a barrel.
