Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for August delivery traded at USD106.14 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.09%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD106.25 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD105.11 and resistance at USD106.79.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.15% to trade at USD80.52.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for August delivery fell 0.25% to trade at USD114.77 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.63 a barrel.
