Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for January delivery traded at USD75.72 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.09%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD75.83 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD74.20 and resistance at USD77.83.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.09% to trade at USD88.26.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery rose 0.10% to trade at USD79.55 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.83 a barrel.
