Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for January delivery traded at USD74.52 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.03%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD74.58 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD73.92 and resistance at USD76.48.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.08% to trade at USD87.75.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery fell 0.25% to trade at USD78.11 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.59 a barrel.
