Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.12%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (COP:GEN), which rose 2.17% or 14.5 points to trade at 683.5 at the close. Coloplast A/S (COP:COLOb) added 2.14% or 10.3 points to end at 491.8 and Novozymes B (COP:NZYMb) was up 0.88% or 3.1 points to 354.9 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nordea Bank AB (COP:NDA), which lost 1.75% or 1.55 points to trade at 87.00 in late trade. TDC A/S (COP:TDC) declined 1.22% or 0.65 points to end at 52.60 and FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS) shed 0.94% or 3.1 points to 328.1.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 85 to 74 and 8 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.47% or 0.24 to $50.67 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.15% or 0.09 to hit $57.01 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 1.06% or 12.10 to trade at $1131.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.26% to 6.8781, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4615.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.22% at 97.98.
