SKAGEN Tellus has a worldwide investment mandate. The fund mainly invests in government bonds. The fund’s aim is to find undervalued bonds with potential for good returns in the form of capital gains in addition to interest and the potential for currency appreciation. Biography | Torgeir Høien has an MSc in economics form the University of Oslo and has studied at New York University. He has been a senior economist for Handelsbanken. Prior to this he was an independent analyst with the company Macropartner. Torgeir Høien was a member of the executive board of Norges Bank (Norway’s central bank) from January 1998 to June 2002. In addition, he carries out macro economic research and external communication for our fixed income funds. |
