The SIM Top Choice Equity Fund's primary objective is to deliver above average growth in capital over the medium to long term. The portfolio reflects an aggressive risk profile and volatility of capital values can happen over the short- term. Investments will primarily consist of assets in liquid form and of ordinary shares listed throughout all sectors of the FTSE/JSE. The portfolio is a highly concentrated high performance equity portfolio consisting of the absolute best investment ideas as generated by the research process and investment management skills of Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd. Strong performance generation is the primary objective and an unconstraint investment management approach is followed. At least 75% of the market value of the portfolio will be exposed to equities at all times.
