Investment Strategy

RAM ONE is a global long/short equity hedge fund. The fund has a Nordic bias and investments are made in a pre-defined universe centered around Nordic companies. Typically more than 50% of the portfolio is invested in the Nordic region. Fundamental valuation is the key parameter in the decision process. RAM has the expertise to invest in liquid small to large cap companies. The fund focuses on delivering absolute return regardless of the general market direction. The fund has a long bias and market exposure typically ranges between 30 and 50% of NAV. The fund is a Swedish specialfond, according to the Swedish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (2013:561), authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The Fund applies a combination of strategies in equities and derivatives markets. Equity exposure may derive from direct investments in equities, equity derivatives, index options, and convertible securities.
