The investment objective of Natixis Euro Aggregate Plus Fund is to to provide high total investment return through a combination of income and capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in Euro-denominated higher credit-quality debt securities. The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its total assets in Euro-denominated investment grade debt securities of any issuers. Debt securities include debt securities issued or guaranteed by sovereign governments or public international bodies, corporate debt securities, fixed and variable medium term notes and money market instruments. Investment grade debt securities are securities rated at least BBB- (Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services), Baa3 (Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.), an equivalent rating by Fitch Ratings, or if unrated, determined by the Investment Manager to be of equivalent quality.
