The Fund’s investment objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at all times at least 70% of its Net Asset Value in equity securities (including common stocks and preferred shares) of companies domiciled in, and listed or traded on any Regulated Market in any country of the world. In seeking to achieve the Fund’s investment objective, the Investment Manager will invest primarily in companies that are domiciled and listed in Developed Countries and it will seek to invest in companies domiciled in Developed Countries and Emerging Market Countries, across a diversified range of industries.
