Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds traded in Israel, including certificates of deposit, will not be less than50%. 2. Exposure to bonds, cash and time deposits together will not be less than 80%. 3. The average duration of all the bonds to which the fund will be exposed, will not exceed 5 years. 4. The fund manager intends to participate in corporate bonds issuances locally and overseas. 5. Exposure to equities will not exceed 20% and will not be less than (-20%). 6. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 7. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 8. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10% of its net asset value.
