Investment Strategy

"1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the fund will be invested in any kind of bonds, including through certificates of deposit, provided that the exposure rate to bonds (not through certificates of deposit) will not be less than 50%. 2. The fund will not create exposure to equities and non-investment grade bonds. 3. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30% of the net asset value of the fund. 4. The average duration of the funds' investment portfolio (assets which create exposure to bond and or deposits and/or cash) will not exceed 4 years. 5. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value. 6. The rest of the exposure in the fund will be determined at the total discretion of the fund manager. "
