Investment Strategy

The objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing principally in equity or similar instruments of Indian companies. The Fund shall primarily invest in equity and equity related securities issued by Indian Companies. For the present purposes, Indian Companies shall mean (i) companies having their registered office in India (ii) companies located outside India carrying out their business activities predominantly in India, or (iii) holding companies, which are predominantly invested in companies with their registered office in India.
