Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to maximise total return, consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management. The Fund will utilize a global investment grade credit strategy that seeks to deploy the Investment Advisor’s total return investment process and philosophy. This process includes both top-down and bottom-up decision-making inputs to help the Investment Advisor to identify multiple sources of value with an emphasis on securities with a shorter maturity.

Biography	Mark R. Kiesel is CIO Global Credit at Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (“PIMCO”) and a managing director in the Newport Beach office. He is a member of the Investment Committee, a generalist portfolio manager and the global head of corporate bond portfolio management. He joined PIMCO in 1996 and previously served as PIMCO’s global head of investment grade corporate bonds and as a senior credit analyst. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
