Biography Mr. Li is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund’s investments. Mr. Li has been a Vice President and portfolio manager of the Fund since July 1997.Mr. Li has been a Senior Vice President of the Sub-Adviser since June 2011. He was a Vice President of the Sub-Adviser from November 1998 to May 2011 and was an Assistant Vice President of the Sub-Adviser from January 1997 to November 1998.Li was a senior quantitative analyst in the Investment Management Policy Group of Brown Brothers Harriman before joining Oppenheimer Funds. Prior to that, he was a consultant for Acadian Asset Management, Inc. Biography Mr. MacDonald joined Invesco in 2008 as portfolio manager. Mr. MacDonald began his investment career in 1994 at State Street Bank and Trust as a derivatives analyst. He later moved to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, where he worked for three years in progressive roles from research assistant to portfolio manager. His next role was as a vice president and partner at Beutel, Goodman & Co. Ltd. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. MacDonald was a vice president and portfolio manager at Salida Capital Corp. He earned a BComm from the University of Windsor and is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Duy Nguyen, CFA, serves as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for Invesco Global Solutions Development and Implementation. He has been with Invesco since 2000, most recently on the Invesco Global Quantitative Strategies team. Previously, he was assistant vice president and quantitative equity analyst with Van Kampen American Capital, and vice president and director of quantitative services for FactSet Research Systems.

Biography Andrew Lees is the lead portfolio manager for both the Invesco Energy team and the Gold and Precious Metals team. Mr. Lees entered the financial industry in 1994 before joining Invesco in 2005. Previously, he was director of investment banking with Trinity Capital Services. He also served as an energy analyst with RBC Capital Markets, Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Petrie Parkman & Co. and A.G. Edwards. In 1998, he joined Merrill Lynch Canada as vice president of investment banking. Mr. Lees earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from McGill University.
