Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to government bonds a/o guaranteed by it a/o AA rated bonds and up, including through certificates of deposit, will not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure to government bonds will not be less than 50% 2. The average duration of the assets which create exposure to bonds a/o deposits a/o cash, will not exceed 5 years 3. The fund will not create exposure to equities 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30% 5. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds 6. The fund will create exposure to credit risks of banking corporates which are include in the first group of credit risk only 7. The total value of foreign securities, foreign options, units of foreign funds, tracking- open-end funds whose benchmark is a foreign index or commodity, and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges will not exceed 10%
