The Fund aims to provide a return, from a combination of capital growth and income, with volatility lower than that of the MSCI ACWI Index, over the long term. The Fund invests in Collective Investment Schemes (other funds including those managed by Janus Henderson and Exchange Traded Funds) to provide diversified global exposure to a range of assets including shares (equities) of companies, bonds issued by companies and governments, and to a lesser extent, alternative assets such as property and commodities.

Biography | Christopher Paine joined Henderson in 2000 as a Quantitative Analyst on the Economics and Strategy Team. After developing a range of tactical asset allocation models and helping to manage the firm’s various balanced portfolios, Christopher became a Director, Asset Allocation and a member of the Global Policy Committee setting Henderson-wide asset allocation. Following the reorganisation of Henderson's balanced and multi-manager business, Christopher joined the newly formed Multi-Asset Team to continue setting asset allocation for Henderson's range of institutional multi-asset products and input into retail multi-manager funds. Christopher joined from NPI Asset Management where he was also a Quantitative Analyst, reporting on asset allocation risk, assisting in asset allocation, and providing economic and strategic analysis for the Chief Strategist. Prior to that, he worked for William M. Mercer. Over his extensive career, Bill has developed a rigorous and disciplined investment approach. He has a deep understanding of asset class behaviour, and substantial experience in managing multi asset investment strategies to deliver specific outcomes for clients.
