The FALCOM IPO Fund is one of the FALOCM’s Funds that have been approved by the Capital Market Authority (the “CMA”).The Fund seeks to invest in the shares of emerging companies during their initial public offerings that may offer opportunities for long term capital appreciation. The Fund also may invest in newly listed companies of less than two years of listing in the secondary markets. The goal is to create wealth for its unit holders over time.
