The Fund seeks to provide long term capital appreciation and to generate a total return in excess of the Russell 1000 Index over a full market cycle. The Fund invests in common stocks that Diamond Hill believes are undervalued (i.e., large cap companies selling for less than estimated intrinsic value). Bottom-up and fundamental analysis are used to understand industry and sector trends.
