Investment Strategy

To provide investors with long-term capital appreciation while reducing short-term volatility by investing in a balanced portfolio of fixed income and equity securities. Under normal market conditions, the assets of the Portfolio will be invested in accordance with the target asset allocation ranges described below. The Manager will review and adjust the investments within each asset class in its sole discretion. The investments held by the Portfolio will be diversified by asset class and investment style to minimize volatility and maximize risk-adjusted, long-term returns.

Liz joined ATB Wealth in 2019. Liz is a CFA charterholder and a University of Alberta graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Prior to this time, Gene spent eight years as a quantitative financial analyst with Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management.
