Investment Strategy

The Fund aims to generate income and long term capital growth by investing indirectly through the Partnership primarily in high-yielding equity securities and corporate bonds of North American issuers. The Fund may also invest indirectly through the Partnership primarily in securities of mutual funds. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing indirectly through the Partnership approximately half of its net assets in equity securities of North American issuers and investing the remainder in fixed income securities of North American issuers.
