Investment Strategy

The Fund aims to provide long term stable growth and income by investing primarily in Canadian fixed income securities. The Fund invests primarily in fixed income securities of Canadian issuers but may also invest in debt securities of U.S. issuers or supranationals. Up to 30% of the Fund’s assets may be invested in foreign securities.

Rohan is a member of the domestic fixed income team and is responsible for credit review and monitoring credit quality across Canadian debt markets. Prior to joining Canoe, he was a credit portfolio analyst at Dynamic and was a credit research associate on the RBC fixed income capital markets desk.

Biography	Marc Goldfried, CFA, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Fixed Income. Joined Canoe Financial in 2015. BA in Economics, York University. Industry start date: 1991. Marc is responsible for oversight on Canoe’s entire suite of fixed income solutions, with lead portfolio manager responsibilities. Prior to joining Canoe, Marc was the CIO and Head of Fixed Income at Aegon Asset Management Inc. where he was responsible for the management of $11 billion.
