The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests generally in equity securities of companies that have market capitalisations greater than US $ 5 billion, at the time of purchase. At least two thirds of the investments of the Fund (in terms of total assets) shall be made in equity securities of issuers located or active mainly in the United States (“U.S. Equities”). The Fund may also invest in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers that are traded on the U.S. markets. Equity securities include common and preferred stock, warrants, rights and depository receipts.
