The fund managed according to traditional asset management principles adopts an active and flexible investment style. In doing so, the investment universe includes direct investments in equities and bonds. In order to achieve broader diversification, international actively and passively managed investment funds (exchange-traded funds) of various asset classes may be used, with an emphasis on allocation within the equity segment. Investment decisions are primarily made based on fundamental analyses of individual companies as well as macroeconomic factors. This systematic approach pays attention to, inter alia, the price/earnings ratio, the price/book ratio and the price/cash flow ratio and to attractive dividend yields. Sentiment and technical analysis tools may also be used, provided that the focus in all investment decisions is on continuous performance and achieving absolute yields.
