The fund's objective is to obtain as high a return as possible. The fund invests in listed US equities. The fund will maintain a wide spread of risks, in particular by means of wide diversification of sectors. The portfolio allocation will change in accordance with the assessment of the macroeconomic outlook and of the situation of the financial markets. The fund may for example favour or avoid sectors or styles of investment, among other things, in view of the short-term economic outlook. The fund will also optimize the positions so that they maximize the system of dividend received deduction ("DRD") and avoid industries/sectors that do not conform to the DRD. At least 50% of the portfolio must be composed of equities and other securities referred to above generating a higher actual or expected dividend yield than the market average. The fund invests in equities of US companies (and other analogous transferable securities) and cash and cash equivalents.
