Investment Strategy

The aim of this Fund is to generate an income and capital return, with the objective of reducing the negative effect of inflation over the long term. The Fund invests at least 70% of its Net Asset Value in sterling-denominated index-linked bonds issued by the UK government (gilts). The Fund may also invest in non-index-linked gilts and corporate bonds (including non-sterling-denominated corporate bonds, hedged back into sterling).
