The objective of the Sub-Fund is to outperform the HSBC Asia Local Debt Index by more than 2% p.a. (after taking into account charges), over an investment horizon of 3 years through arbitrages, strategic and tactical positions on credit, interest rates, and currency markets from Asia zone. The HSBC Asia Local Debt Index is composed of bonds expressed in local currencies issued by corporate entities, states and supranational entities. countries of issue of these securities include specifically South Korea, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand.

Biography Howe is Portfolio Manager of BNY Mellon Investment Management Singapore Pte. Limited and provides non-discretionary research or discretionary investment management services to Standish as a subadvisor. Philip began his career at Seccombe Marshall & Campion agency Brokers Ltd. where he worked as a bond analyst from 1992 until 1996. Philip graduated in 1992 from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Econs) in Monetary Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.
