there is no particular correlation the price of the share is valued on how likely it is to make money at this point in time, that is it's value. but with regards to working out its price compared to the FTSE 100 the FTSE 100 3x daily short has its own stated value but it goes up or down 3x the opposite of the price movement in the FTSE 100, so in the daily short position you will have to track the movement of the FTSE 100 work out what percent of the index that is, then apply it to the 3x daily short position say if FTSE 100 moved up 0.1 you would have to find 0.1% of the FTSE 100 3x daily short times that by three and minus it from the short position.
