Credit Suisse Leveraged Merger Arbitrage Index ETN is an exchange traded note launched by Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch. The note seeks to track twice the performance of the Credit Suisse Merger Arbitrage Liquid Index (Net). The Index represents the public equity markets of the United States, Canada, and Western Europe. It seeks to track the long and short positions in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The index seeks to track stocks of companies involved in publicly announced mergers and acquisitions and across all market capitalizations. The ETN will mature on March 13, 2031. Credit Suisse Leveraged Merger Arbitrage Index ETN was formed on March 7, 2011 and is domiciled in Switzerland.
