Investment Strategy

"Top Strategie Zukunft, a fund of funds of Sparkasse Niederösterreich Mitte West AG, invests broadly diversified in bond funds and equity funds. The equity component is limited to a maximum of 50% and is actively managed. The fund management focuses on funds that are managed according to sustainable criteria. In addition to government bonds, the bond portfolio invests in corporate bonds, convertible bonds and emerging market bonds, with the weighting being adjusted to the current market assessment. Foreign currency risks are largely hedged. Risk-reward optimization is aimed for by the use of additional active strategies. The fund is managed within a structured investment process. The fund is suitable for investors who are aware of the associated risks, such as higher price fluctuations or possible capital losses. Within the top strategy product family, it is a fund for customers with a higher risk appetite and therefore correspondingly higher earnings expectations."
