Investment Strategy

The Fund will seek to achieve capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities, including common stock, convertibles, American depository receipts, global depository receipts and warrants, listed on the Regulated Markets in Europe (ex U.K.) with a focus on reducing the carbon exposure of the Fund relative to the MSCI Europe ex UK Index (EUR) - Net Returns (the “MSCI Europe ex UK Index”).
