The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek an absolute return and to outperform the Capitalised €STR + 1% over a period of 4 years with a target average annual volatility of 3% (6% maximum) by investing the majority of its net assets in units of “Candriam MM Multi Strategies” (the “Master Fund”).

Biography	Pierre de Croisset is a Managing Director of Rothschild London, joined Rothschild & Cie Banque Paris, in January 1993. He was responsible for launching the Alternative Offshore funds in December 1993 and is currently Chairman of the Investment Committee for Rothschild's Alternative group. He was previously with Banque de Gestion Privée, specialising in asset management. His past working experience includes four years with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG), seven years as an investment officer at Institut de Developpement Industriel and working in general management in industry. He is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Finance in the USA and is a graduate of the Faculté de Droit et de Sciences Economiques de Paris.

Biography	Christophe Jaubert has been an Investment Committee Member of Rothschild Larch Lane Management Company LLC since it was founded in 2014. Mr. Jaubert joined HDF Finance ("HDF") in 1994 as a Quantitative Analyst. In 1996, he joined the qualitative analysis team in charge of manager selection. He was appointed Director of Research in 1997 and Chief Investment Officer in 1999. For 19 years, Mr. Jaubert actively contributed to the establishment of HDF's investment process and its adaptation to changing market and industry environments. Today, Mr. Jaubert is Deputy CEO and co-Chief Investment Officer of Rothschild Investment Solutions, focusing on Alternative Investments. Mr. Jaubert graduated in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University and in Econometrics from the Paris I Sorbonne University.
