Investment Strategy

The Fund's investment policy established by the Board of Directors of the Fund Manager, will be added to the resolution set forth below: Until otherwise decided by the Board of Directors of the Fund Manager: (A) In this section: ""Tel Aviv 75 shares"" - shares included in the TA-75, as published by the Tel – Aviv Stock Exchange. ""Other shares"" - shares in other stocks included in the index, as published by the Tel – Aviv Stock Exchange. (B) Exposure to other shares shall not be less than 10% of the net asset value of the fund. (C) Exposure to assets which are not Tel Aviv 75 shares shall not exceed 50% of the net asset value of the fund and not less than 0% of the net value of the fund assets.
