Investment Strategy

In this paragraph: equities with affinity to Israel are all or in part: Overseas traded equities issued by companies incorporated in Israel, or their domicile is Israel, Equities rated by "Kav Manche" in overseas category as Israelis in Europe or in NASDAQ, or in New York. Exposure to equities with affinity to Israel will not be less than 10%. The fund manager intends to focus on one or two equity channels: equities included in the Tel Aviv SE TA 100 Index, the Tel Aviv SE Yeter- Rest of shares TR ILS and equities with affinity to Israel. The fund manager intends to hedge the exposure to foreign currency, mainly through options and futures transactions. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 120% and will not be less than (-120%).
