Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to rated bonds traded in Israel a/o security component bond traded in Israel will not be less than 75%, provided that: Exposure rate of the fund to rated bond will exceed the exposure rate to security component bond. Exposure to security component bond will not be less than 37.5%. 2. Exposure to assets which are not as specified in paragraph 1, excluding forex, cash, term-deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund no corporate will not exceed 25%. 3. There will be no exposure to equities. 4. Exposure to forex will not exceed 10% and not less than (-10%). 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds not be limited. 6. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not in the first credit risk group. 7. The fund is limited in foreign securities. 8. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets.
