Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds, including certificates of deposit, will not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure to locally traded bonds excluding certificates of deposit, will not be less than 50%. 2. Bond investment channels: a. Bonds issued by the state of Israel, b. Israeli traded corporate bonds, c. Bonds issued by governments excluding Israel, d. Overseas traded corporate bonds. 3. A. ILS non-linked, b. CPI linked, c. Foreign currency linked, d. foreign currency denominated. 4. Average duration: a. Up to 2 years, b. 2-4 years, c. 4 years and above. 5. The fund manager will explore market condition changes which might create opportunities to move between bond channels, linkage, and durations. 6. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 7. There will be no exposure to equities. 8. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 9. The fund is a non-limited fund in foreign securities.
