Biography	Andrew joined Brinson Partners Inc (US arm of UBS Asset Management) in 1987 as a European Equity research analyst and fund manager, then Head of European Equity Strategy and Portfolio Construction. He first joined Schroders in 2000, helping the CIO on projects relating to organising SIM's investment products and resources and then the multi-manager investment team in 2002, in charge of international and multi-asset and multi-manager products. He is a CFA charter holder with an Economics degree.
