Biography | Delyth joined Kleinwort Benson as a structured credit specialist, later transferring to Kleinwort Benson’s Real Estate team, where she was appointed Head of Real Estate Advisory in 2007. Delyth was appointed Head of Research for the Funds proposition in 2009. Before joining Kleinwort Benson in 2000, Delyth worked for nine years for an international private bank, initially providing Real Estate Advisory services to bank clients, and then structuring complex and tailored loan facilities in the credit team. Delyth holds a BA in Geography from Durham University and an MA in Property Investment and Law from Cass Business School.
